Kathy and I are going to talk about if our voice is sound different because we're doing

morning voice.

But we are going to play a significant clip, probably about 40 minutes of a Zen talk.

Is that really a clip or is it just the whole thing?

It's 40 minutes of the 60 minutes.

Yes.

We didn't interview.

We had a conversation through our team Zen platform.

We do these Zen talks twice a month.

And sometimes it's just Kathy and I supporting and answering questions

of people that are on the team. And other times we have experts come in and talk to our teammates.

And last week we had Mercedes Samudio. And she is a, does a lot of things, but she's a parent coach.

She's an author. She is an EMDR teacher.

I don't know what you call it.

EMDR clinician.

Clinician.

Because she's an LCSW.
