Summary

This is a recorded Facebook Live event I did recently sharing several things I've learned over our 24 years of homeschooling that have helped me relax and enjoy a more unhurried approach with our kids. Homeschooling is one of the best decisions we ever made and one of the reasons for that is because we actually enjoyed the time we spent with our kids! The only way that could happen was for us to do what was a good fit for our family and not necessarily what worked for someone else's family. It's so important to have the courage to think outside the box and only do the things that breath life into your home. In the last part of this episode, I answer specific questions from moms who asked questions during this event!

1:22.4	lie to you and say that it's always going to be easy because it's not. But I really feel like we should be
1:29.3	enjoying this time with our kids, like at least 80% of the time. You know, that's sort of my,
1:36.8	that's sort of been my little ratio over the years. I would step back and look at our homeschooling
1:42.3	and say, you know, are we all pretty much enjoying this,
1:45.2	you know, 80%? Maybe there's 20% we have to gut out, you know? I'm okay with that. But what I am
1:52.7	seeing more and more, and I think it's partially because there's so much going on in social media
2:00.0	and a lot of pressure,
