From Global, leading Britain's conversation with James O'Brien.

Good morning. It's three minutes after ten, and you are listening to James O'Brien on LBC, possibly the wisest decision you will make all day.

0:19.5

And I sort of leave it a little bit dangling this morning,

0:23.2

what we may discuss later in the program.

0:25.2

I'm drawn to the tale of mobile phones in schools,

0:28.2

largely because it's one of those areas where sometimes you have to check yourself,

0:32.3

don't you?

1:22.1

close our eyes and imagine our own short trousered selves using mobile phones in classrooms. And we may get a slightly

1:29.8

different answer. Gavin Williamson does not strike me as the sharpest knife in the political

1:35.6

draw. We may a little later in the programme have a look at what the former Foreign Office Minister,

1:39.8

Sir Alan Duncan, has had to say about some of his former colleagues in the party. I think that would

1:44.6

be a welcome injection of balance into the programme rather than me describing Gavin Williamson
