You know, as I've said in the past shows, two-thirds of the population is now overweight.

In fact, according to recent research, so many people are overweight, we think it's normal. I believe it is a given as we get older, and especially when we get into those

metapause years, our metabolism becomes even more of a challenge for us.

So today, I'd like to explore some possible reason for metapause weight gain and look
