emergency bed. I was telling Chris it's hard to get back into your routine. I was woke

up at 5 15 every day for like my entire life since I got into coaching. And then you get

out of coaching and it's like especially when you work for yourself, you're your own boss.

It's like, damn, I need to get up at 5 15 to get my day going, especially when you have

kids and you know, you have a ton of shit going on with them and family and all that stuff.

You got to get up early when everyone's asleep to knock some stuff out. And so to have

the self discipline to do that is really hard. And I'm a very disciplined person. But

a little bit early. Like didn't take a ton of self discipline. It's just what you had
