the day's biggest stories. Stay with me. A Memphis mother who says she found a 20-year-old

man hiding under her 13-year-old daughter's bed is now facing a first-degree murder charge.

Police say 36-year-old Kendra Scott came home around 140 in the morning and found Rodarius

Morton underneath her daughter's bed. According to the arrest affidavit, Scott confronted Morton

and ordered him to leave. Investigators say he walked out the front of the house, but the

confrontation didn't

end there. Police say Scott followed Morton outside and shot him once in the back of the head.
