Summary

Today’s podcast episode is with Mark Coleman again and is meant to slow you down on this busy day.

Like we discussed on Thursday in “From Suffering to Peace,” mindfulness isn’t always easy.

Mark said, “You notice you start thinking about work and you go, ‘Okay that’s not what I’m doing right now...not now.” And you go back to meditating and two seconds later you were thinking, ‘oh I forgot to drop the kids lunches off at school…’”

It’s a mindLESS trap we all fall into.

Take a moment today to tune into Mark’s Memorial Day Meditation. Let it bring some intention and calm to today’s chaos.

Be sure to leave a review on Itunes today if you can, and share with a friend who could use some calm in their life.
