And fittingly, I suppose, it's just me and Ryan today.

So it's Ryan and myself.

And then in a little bit, we are going to be joined by a friend of Ryan's, who is a gold star

spouse to learn more about her spouse and what she's doing now and dealing with grief and loss.

And I don't know, maybe we'll get a little heavy heavy maybe we'll try to keep it light but I'm also

coming up on the anniversary of a very heavy loss for myself so we'll get into whatever it is we get

into I don't really know I might end up crying you never know we'll see but anyway Ryan

good to be back with you. I haven't seen

you in forever. It feels like you're back. Last 72. You know what? Do last 720 because I haven't

seen you in a while. What's been going on? How have you been? Oh, my gosh. Yeah, I've been

traveling a lot. All good stuff. But I actually had like a chill

weekend at home for the first time in a long time. I feel like every time we come on and I tell

you all these insane things I did and you're like, well, let me tell you about my backyard barbecue.

And I actually am super envious when I just hear, you know, going out to the diner and taking the kids to the park.

And so I had one of those weekends.

I watched a lot of lacrosse.

Of course, you know, I thought I may still be traveling into the weekend for Navy Women's

Lacrosse. We didn't really talk about it, but they lost last week to Maryland. They had an
