And I am doing something, and my guy Sands is behind the ones and twos so maybe i know he remembers when

barstool had the serious radio station and i'm doing something that i haven't done until

excuse me since we had that that serious radio station and it certainly is a muscle that if you don't work it out, they can be a bit of a

challenge.

And I'm doing things solo tonight.

Ryan is at an important dinner.

Rob is doing very cool.

So I'm going to rock solo.

Luckily, before Rob was off and about, he had an opportunity to sit down

with Alex Morrow, who created Mops and Mose in the Army. Alex is currently serving in the Army

reserves, but Mops and Mose is the measures of performance and measures of effectiveness.

And the crux of that is that we are focused now in the Army on our fitness and how that can improve

soldiers' ability on the battlefield and really just adapting with the time. So a really cool interview there.
