It's like we talked about, I guess to fill in the audience, when you go to bed and then

wake up like two or three hours later and you think you've had a full night's sleep

but it's like one or two o'clock in the morning that throws me off like nothing else and wrecks

my whole day because I can't go back to sleep and then obviously my schedule gets really thrown

off and that makes makes
