I think we just call it summer at this point, to be honest.

But anyway, before I tell you about today's podcast,

helps new parents get out and about with their kids. On Wednesday, Hannah and I will be watching

1995's Babe inrated or dated. Will it give my daughter nightmares and or an aversion to sausages?

We will find out.

But back to today's podcast in which I'm chatting to BBC journalist Melissa Hogan Boone about her new book, Breadwinners and Other Power Imbalances

that Influences That Influence Your Life.

It's a fascinating book inspired by a study.

Melissa happened across looking at attitudes towards male and female breadwinners,

which made her wonder, what other power imbalances do we see play out in our everyday lives?

And how do they affect us?

I chat to Melissa about those inequalities, the value we place in different tasks, when those

attitudes start becoming entrenched, and why we hate the word bossy.
