the idea because I wish I had come up with the idea of just sort of having an epiphany one moment

when life was really good and then getting into it that way but my sort of brand of personal

development is to find myself in a very low moment in my life and to have to pick myself back up

even matter what is going on in my life. This is such a universal feeling that I'll just tell you

what I was feeling. I woke up one morning and there was a tremendous amount of stress and uncertainty

and sudden change going on in my life and I used the five-second rule and went five, four,

three, two, one and pushed myself out of bed and then I made my bed because I make my bed every morning
