0:37.3	I'm not sure the next US president can do anything about it either. Not talking about, well culture, I'm not talking

0:55.0	The question I get is, what are you going to do about the media, which distorts what Americans even know about any of the other issues that you're talking
1:06.9	about, isn't that the problem that's actually upstream of our division, our national culture, the conversations that we have

1:19.0	And I have to admit, it's a question that
1:23.7	stumps me a little bit. The best I'm able to say is, look, I believe in the internet. I think
1:26.8	the internet decentralizes the provision of information. But then again,
1:31.8	there's now the means of accessing the internet that are themselves
1:34.6	centralized which then get captured by external forces including the government itself
1:39.0	and so I didn't have a great answer and that's why I was looking forward to a conversation with
1:43.9	somebody who has done something that I haven't, which is to have lived in, grown up, professionally
1:49.5	succeeded within the world of media itself who's
1:53.0	unafraid to speak truth on anything including about media as well
