Whether you should be building a team, what's the deal with teams. And, you know, we're going to have, I think, what a lot of you will perceive to be,

1:23.6	So when you hear our counterintuitive opinion of teams, I think a lot of ways you're going to feel, I think, a lot less pressure to build a team. To be honest with you, a lot of agents are spending a lot of time, a lot of energy, a lot of emotion, and a lot of money trying to build these mythical real estate teams because they think that's what they have to do to be successful.

1:46.9	It is and it can be a successful business model depending on your market, depending on you as an individual,
1:52.6	depending on your tolerance for, frankly, I have tolerance for BS.
1:57.9	That's what I wanted to say, so I'm just going to say it.
2:00.1	So we're going to talk about that, and we're going to talk about that during the radio show today,
2:05.0	and we're going to be getting into a lot of the meat and potato about what really matters
2:08.3	and, frankly, where you can be focusing your energies to get the best bang for the buck.
