So when you hear our counterintuitive opinion of teams, I think a lot of ways you're going to feel, I think, a lot less pressure to build a team. To be honest with you, a lot of agents are spending a lot of time, a lot of energy, a lot of emotion, and a lot of money trying to build these mythical real estate teams because they think that's what they have to do to be successful.

It is and it can be a successful business model depending on your market, depending on you as an individual,
