Summary

This week I sit down with the lovely Liz Beecroft, LMSW. Liz is a Brooklyn based licensed social worker who works for a foster care agency, providing cognitive behavioral therapy to kids and foster families. Liz seamlessly incorporates her love of sneakers, style, and basketball into her mental health work, painting it in a new, non-clinical light. In short, Liz makes mental health feel accessible and fun…what more could you ask for?! So, hit that play button, and join us as we talk about all things mental health, having conversations with people who don’t want to listen, and how therapy isn’t the only way to practice mental wellness.
