Hey everyone, this is Dan McGuire, a long time member of the Manager Tools

Community.

I hope to see many of you at the M conference in Dallas on October 9th and 10th of this

year. In my long career as an executive and now

and his advisor and coach, I really have learned the value of a diverse and

high-powered network. I think this conference is a great opportunity. We'll all be spending time with and learning

from leaders who get the deep responsibility of leadership. I've been hoping we would assemble

the best of this community. Now it's happening. I'll even be leading a session about leadership

in a hostile business environment, as I like to call the Hot Management Landing Zone. I think that's going to be a lot of fun.
