Thank you so much for having me on today. It's lovely to be here. No, it's great to have you on because also I've I followed you on Instagram for a long time as well. It's funny how as runners we all end up kind of becoming friends without

having actually met. Absolutely. I think from the moment that I started running and I joined

Instagram, I don't think I find a community as supportive and welcoming as the online running

community. And I've made so many amazing connections through Instagram and other running platforms.

So and you get to know everyone as well in their lives and their running journey. So,

and especially part of the Run Pod Run Club. So it's an amazing community and a pleasure to be part of it.

Oh, brilliant. Well, look, before we continue, let's hear a bit about you. Ashley, tell us who you are,

where you're from and what you do. My name's Ashley. I'm originally from the north of Scotland in a

small, from a small town called Nairn, just east of Inverness. I've moved down to Buckhamshire,

just outside London. I absolutely love running. I've been running now since 2017 and that was

because I got a place in the London Marathon, 2018. And since then, running's completely changed my

life in so many ways. And to date, I've ran two marathons and nine half marathons and multiple 10Ks.

I think I'm having a little bit of a break at the moment, but still running the shorter distances.
