And for the first time in nearly six weeks, the end does appear to be within sight. A final vote in the Senate could come as soon as today.

furloughed employees. And it promises Democrats a vote on a bill addressing Affordable Care Act

throughout the shutdown. The deal prompting frustration among the majority of Democrats who voted
