second time. This morning, Mr. Trump rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange,

flanked by members of his family and Vice President-elect Jady Vance,

after being named Time Magazine's Person of the Year

for a second time.

Time described Mr. Trump's political rebirth

as unparalleled in American history

and writing that he has re-made American politics.

In brief remarks this morning, the president-elect struck an optimistic tone for his incoming

administration.

I think we're going to have a tremendous run.

We have to straighten out some problems, some big problems in the world.

When we left, we didn't have any of these problems.
