It's a pediatric podcast for moms and dads.

This is Dr. Mike.

Coming to you from the campus of nationwide children's hospital. We're in Columbus, Ohio. It's episode 391 for December 20th,

2017. We're calling this one Meet the Pharmacist and Giving Kids Medicine, which is not always the easiest thing to do.

So we're going to talk about that.

I want to welcome all of you to the program.

So the holidays are just around the corner, Christmas, New Year's,

whatever other holiday you celebrate this time of the year.

We're almost there.

And it means a couple of things. First, it means that this is our last episode of 2017. And I just want to thank all of you for listening and your continued support of the program. We've had our biggest year ever in terms of downloads and listeners, which is a big deal because, as I've noted, many times in the past,

we do not have a big advertising budget for this podcast. We really rely on you to share the show

in social media and to tell your family, your friends, your coworkers, also your child's

health care provider so they can share the show with their other patients and

families. And I think you've done a lot of that this year, promoting PDAACs through word of mouth,

because we've had our biggest year. And I truly do want to thank all of you for that. And that's

saying a lot for a podcast that's been around for over a decade decade now that the audience continues to grow.
