Confidence is the killer.

And I say that because confidence throws an anchor and limits the possibilities of seeing a scene that you know ad nauseum.

It limits the possibility for anything beyond what you feel confident in.

but the directors nominated for the Guild's Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement

and Theatrical Feature Film. This year's nominees include Paul Thomas Anderson, the director of Lickrish Pizza,

gathered on March 12th at the DGA Theater in Los Angeles for an in-depth discussion of their work

You had two people who had never acted before, if I'm correct on that.

Well, Lana's done a lot of videos, so I guess she'd done that,

but certainly not him.
