Hello? Hello. Is this Dan? This is Scott? This is he. How are you? Good how are you doing?

Well, imagine that you're you know you get done for your Friday and you get on your

running clothes and you're headed down the road, running as fast as you can for one

mile for some stupid challenge that Thad Nelson set up called the Untrained Ultra.

And when you stop to log your one mile after you've run too fast, you look at your phone and

you realize you were supposed to call someone at 4.30 like a half an hour ago to do a podcast.

Oh man no no worries about that.

So that's my day right there.
