other a little bit more and these are just short little interviews with people

about the fans ultra races which has a 612 and 24 hour option it's at Norman

Dale Lake Park in Bloomington Minnesota on June 3rd and 4th there's a two

mile paved loop and the age stations are great the volunteers are great it's a

great opportunity for you to do your first ultra hit a new distance PR it's

really really cool it's been going on for 30 years and fans stands for

further achievement through a network of support the proceeds of the race

go to a scholarship program for students a lot of those students are the first

in their families to attend college so it's a really good cause it's a really

good race check it out I'll put a link in the show notes but it's fans ultra

races.org and I want to say that Courtney Walter used to do this race

regularly and sometimes maybe still does so shout out to fans this is a cool

race it's something that I've always wanted to do it never works for me
