All right, this is going to be a long run episode of me and Nora Bird. Do you know who

Nora Bird is? If you don't, that means you haven't done any of our races and shame on

you. Nora is an awesome runner and a coach and she has a really great blog and she is

the captain of the tunnel aid station, which we affectionately call Birdland. The first

time I ever met Nora, we'll probably get into this in the podcast, but I'll just tell

you a secret time ahead of time. We did the world's longest turkey trot together. I had

not no previous experience with her and I think that at one point that first day I saw

her throwing up and pooping like within, you know, like a 30 minute period. So it was

a day to remember. Anyway, Nora is awesome. You guys are going to love her and this episode

looked everywhere. I can't find it. I'm sure they're somewhere. It was like a thousand

emails, but like, here's your email address, but that's about it. So anyway, I don't think

I have it in my email either. So were you still planning on talking to me tonight? Yeah,

let's do it. Well, there we go. Now we're there. We're talking on the phone. It's perfect.

Did you get your jacket? I did. I just got it yesterday. Well, yeah, I think yesterday

I came on. Yeah, it looks great. There's other people just got it too. So that the story

behind this is that there's, there's like two or three people that did the 50 mile sugar

badger, the 100 mile badger, and then ran a hundred miles or more at the last dot standing
