All right. Hey, everybody. This is Scott from Tenchock Miles. What we're doing is we're adding a new kind of episode. So if you're new to the show, generally what we do is either a group show of me and my crazy friends in the basement talking about our running lives.

That's one kind of show or the other kind of show is a long one-on-one conversation between

me and someone that I find interesting in the world of running.

They could be a celebrity, they could be someone who's achieved something or they could just have

a personality that interests me.

I'm adding a show and the reason why I'm doing it is because in the wake of the

coronavirus I sat in my office and said what can I do? You know, how can I help

anybody? And one of the things that came to mind is that now more

than ever people are going to need podcasts or they're going to want podcasts people

are isolated people are alone they don't have anyone to with. They don't feel as connected and maybe they

feel a little bit too connected to the family or the, you know, the homeschooling folks. But, so my idea was,

what if I take, there's this this there's a Facebook group called the

T. J. M. Nation all the people that listen to this show too much and like buy into

all the you know the inside jokes and you know chickens and and crazy stuff

those people they formed a Facebook group called

T.J. M Nation don't join that group because it's scary but all the people

interact with each other all the time and they don't really know each other so I

thought why don't I

add an episode called Meet the Nation where I do short and you know I know people are saying

short for Coomer what is that like six hours short interviews with these people just to get to know them, get to know

other runners and what they're up to. And I'm going to try to drop one or two of them a

week, maybe more. I'm not doing them to get downloads, to get money,
