So you guys have heard in the past

me talk about how I'm very familiar

with the high risk road of pregnancy,

but you guys haven't met yet, my high risk

of pregnancy, but you guys haven't met yet my high risk doctor,

MFM, we've talked about those for maternal fetal medicine,

Dr Rachel Sinky, and she's here. So welcome.

Sarah, thank you so much. I'm so excited to be here.

We've known each other for how many years now?

See, Will's four, so almost five because I came to you.

I transferred from Boston, which that's a whole story in itself, but I transferred from Boston and my

MFM up there, she found you and she was like, this is who I want you to see in Birmingham.

Because it was lack of better words, you guys know, is a little bit of chaotic adventure from Boston to Birmingham.

It's not an easy travel and then when I had VISA preview which we'll talk about our

special connection with that to in a minute. We had to kind of find the best doctor for me and that was you and I believe correct me for wrong so you had just published something about Visa Previa, I think.

Yeah, so Sarah whenever I was a fellow, one of my faculty advisors, Dr Anthony O'Dibo, who I love and adore

and still talk to, he was approached by the Society for

maternal fetal Medicine to write a document basically summarizing management of

Aza-previa during pregnancy. And so, you know, typically a faculty will find a fellow to work with and so,

I was so excited to work on that document.

And so we submitted it. It goes through several rounds of revisions through the society and then
