We have got a different kind of episode for you this week. This is actually like breaking the rules a little bit, but it's our show as we get to break the rules. But we are actually going to have a guest on the program here in a few minutes, and it is our new community manager, Kat. So before we bring on Kat, we're going to talk a little bit about why we're bringing on a community manager in the first place to help us inside the Flip |

And we want to make sure that there's still a voice in there who understands how to grow a business, but is not necessarily Shane or myself all the time.
