1:47.4 | And begin with a conscious breathing, inhaling deeply, perhaps to the count of five so that |
1:54.2 | you're filling your chest and your lungs. |
1:59.0 | And then a very slow out breath. |

2:07.8 | Nice, deep, full in breath again, filling the chest and the lungs. |
