Welcome, welcome. I'd like to start this meditation with a reading. This is a reading

0:51.8

from Ganilla Norris that I've always loved. She might just sit back and sense this is

0:58.5

the beginning of your reflection, this reading.

1:03.5

She writes this, she says, within each of us, there is a silence, a silence as vast as a universe.

2:50.2

lives, our communities and our planet. Each of us can make a difference. Politicians and

3:00.4

visionaries will not return us to the sacredness of life. That will be done by ordinary beings,

3:08.1

those who together or alone can say, remember to breathe, remember to feel, remember to care.

3:24.2

Let us do this for our children and ourselves and our children's children.

3:29.1

Let us practice for life's sake. In that spirit of presence and caring,
