3:17.9 | And see if you can feel from the inside out, the energy, the sensations and the shoulders. |

3:40.9 | See if you can feel that, a kind of melting, ice to water, and then water to gas, letting whatever feelings that remain of any tightness or tension float in awareness. |
4:09.9 | Allowing the hands to rest in a very easy and effortless way. |
4:23.9 | You might soften the hands and feel them from the inside. |
4:33.9 | Softening the hands. |
4:36.9 | See if you can detect the tingling and vibrating, the movement and aliveness of energy inside the hands. |
5:00.9 | Let there be an openness at the chest. |
