| 2:25.3 | And bring your attention to your breath. |
| 2:47.0 | Just breathing at your normal rhythm feeling your stomach feeling your stomach rise and fall as you breathe in and breathe out. |
| 2:52.6 | Feel the cool air on your nose as you breathe in |
| 3:15.3 | and the warm air on your nose as you breathe out. |
| 3:50.6 | Now Now, take three deep breaths, breathing in as deeply as you can. And as you breathe out, loosen your muscles and relax your body deeper. |
| 4:10.3 | Another deep breath in and breathe out all the stresses of the day |
| 4:24.0 | releasing them from your body |
| 4:27.0 | and the last deep breath in, filling your belly all the way. |
| 4:43.6 | And breathe out the last of any tension you might be holding in your body. |
| 4:54.3 | Now bring your breathing back to its normal rhythm |
| 5:01.3 | and feel your body relax. And feel your body relax. The |
