| 1:30.4 | perhaps untangle in awareness. |
| 1:49.2 | Soften in the hands, feeling the hands from the inside out, and softening them some more. |
| 2:02.1 | See if you can be receptive to the energy in the hands, the vibrating or tingling, the |
| 2:11.0 | liveliness there. Let there be an openness to the chest, that kind of undefended heart, |
| 2:36.7 | feeling the heart from the inside out, just aware of the sensations, the way energy plays there. |
| 3:03.0 | Letting this next breath be received in a softening belly, this breath. And now this one. |
| 3:19.9 | And again, scanning down and relaxing through the pelvic region, again, feeling the life from the inside out, |
| 3:38.9 | receptive and at ease. |
| 3:57.2 | You might sense the length, the volume of your legs. |
| 4:08.9 | Right down into the feet, filling the feet from the inside out, aware of the tingling, |
| 4:17.8 | vibrating and aliveness there. |
| 4:20.9 | So if you widen the lens now, you can feel simultaneously this whole body as a field |
| 4:35.3 | of sensation. |
