| 2:13.8 | And sense and imagine that creates a space that's needed for whatever's in the heart, |

| 2:20.3 | You might imagine that space opening and opening said that the shoulders are free to relax even more back |
| 2:36.5 | and down. |
| 2:41.5 | A soft awareness in the shoulders, just sensing the sensations inside the shoulders, kind of melting or dissolving. |
