| 7:06.6 | Feeling any tension or anxiety, unravel, and dissolve. Follow the warm energy down |

| 8:32.0 | As if they were falling to the bottom of the ocean of your bed. |
| 8:48.6 | Pulled down and embedding themselves into comfort within your sheets. Let the warm energy melt into your feet and your toes. |
