Summary

Oh, the meanings we give, To so many things in our life, We weave intricate stories all day. We’re meaning-making machines, Inviting in much strife, Wasting our precious time away. Just ponder for a moment, That what happens to you, Is just data for you to observe. It doesn’t mean anything, Until you create a new truth, Perhaps it’s here to serve. If you detach from the meaning, You give to all things, And instead take a moment to pause. You might see an opening, To see what it brings, The chance to grow is the cause. JOURNAL PROMPTS: Write about a recent time when you made something mean something, and it didn’t serve you well.  Now think about that moment again - if you took a moment to pause…what information is there? What wisdom is there? What did you learn?  💗💗💗 Subscribe to our YOUTUBE CHANNEL, Sleep Meditation for Women, by clicking HERE. 💤💤💤 Become a PREMIUM member and get all these meditations AD-FREE!
