| 2:53.5 | As you breathe in and out, you might feel the breath at the throat and sense that curve and |
| 3:00.0 | receptivity of a smile there, the openness and space inside the throat. |
| 3:05.9 | So the eyes are soft, slight smile, the mouth smiling, the throat. |
| 3:30.3 | And feeling that breath as the breath rise as it falls at the chest and sense a smile spreading |
| 3:43.7 | through the chest, smiling into the heart. So you can imagine and feel with the |
| 3:55.7 | aliveness in the space and receptivity in the heart area. |
| 4:06.7 | You might notice how the smile, the heart makes room for whatever's there. |
| 4:12.1 | It allows you to be at home with whatever is arising. |
| 4:23.6 | You might imagine and sense that heart space widening and widening so that the shoulders are included. |
| 4:45.0 | And you can notice the possibility of letting the shoulders relax back and down some, being at ease. |
