| 0:32.0 | relax, receptive, slight smile at the inside of the mouth smiling, relaxing the jaw. |
| 0:47.0 | And imagining and sensing a smile spreading through the heart, smiling into the heart. |
| 1:02.0 | Not to cover over anything, but to make room for what's here. |
| 1:10.0 | So the eyes are smiling, the mouth, the heart. |

| 1:32.0 | And then just bringing the awareness inside the shoulders, loosening, softening, |
| 1:42.0 | sense if there's a natural untangling or dissolving that's possible. |
| 2:00.0 | Relaxing the arms, softening the hands and letting them rest in an easy, effortless way. |
| 2:14.0 | Bringing the awareness inside the hands, softening a bit more, |
| 2:22.0 | and just feeling the tingling and vibrating and aliveness inside the hands. |
| 2:37.0 | But there be an openness in the chest, and then softening down into the belly. |
| 2:46.0 | You can imagine that same curve of a smile spreading through the belly, |
| 2:53.0 | loosening, softening, letting this next breath be received in a softening belly. |
| 3:04.0 | This breath, and then this one, and again, |
| 3:20.0 | you can feel the aliveness deep in the torso. |
| 3:35.0 | Just as a cup can be filled with water, this body can be filled with awareness, |
