| 0:30.0 | In the stillness, you might sense as you scan through the body what might want to relax |

| 0:54.4 | But part of your body might want to let go. |
| 0:58.4 | Just see if you bring the awareness to where there's tightness or tension. |

| 1:18.4 | Most of us collect a lot of tension and the shoulders. |
| 1:21.6 | So you might let this shoulders be filled with awareness. |
| 1:26.5 | Just feel that from the inside out. |
| 1:30.8 | And see if there's a natural dissolve in. |
| 1:35.9 | Sometimes just imagining ice to water. |
| 1:48.6 | And then water to gas. |
| 1:54.6 | Inviting a letting go. |
| 2:02.9 | You can very consciously soften the hands. |
| 2:09.6 | Softening them. |
| 2:10.6 | And just to feel from the inside out, the aliveness that's there when there's a little relaxing, |
| 2:16.4 | the tingling, the vibrating. |
| 2:31.2 | And then there'll be an openness to the chest. |
| 2:35.5 | And relaxing the area of the heart. |
| 2:43.0 | Opening to the feelings, sensations, energy that's there. |
| 2:53.8 | You might sense if you can soften the belly some. |
