| 1:52.7 | Slight smile at the mouth, and you might sense the inside of the mouth smiling. |
| 2:04.7 | Let the tongue relax and spread in the lower palate, the root of the tongue relax. |
| 2:14.1 | And feeling the aliveness, the tongue, the gums, teeth, the lips. |
| 2:35.4 | You might imagine the throat filling the neck. |
| 2:44.3 | Feel again the sensations and vibration in that area, then letting that same image and |
| 2:58.5 | sense of a smile spread through the chest area. |
| 3:04.0 | Spusualizing and sensing a smile, filling the heart. |
| 3:12.9 | This is not to cover over what's here, really to sense a space that can include our life. |
| 3:30.3 | Feeling that receptivity of a smile, the openness, fill the chest area. |
| 3:40.9 | Feeling the aliveness there and the space is happening in. |
| 3:55.3 | Feeling that space wide and out to include the area of the shoulders. |
| 4:00.1 | So the shoulders can fall away from the neck a little, relax back and down some. |
| 4:09.9 | And you might feel from the inside out the aliveness inside the shoulders. |
