1:18.7 | And I really feel that in times like these, a practice of mindfulness and meditation becomes so, so important. |

1:31.1 | improve focus, concentration. It can reduce anxiety, feelings of depression, and so much more. |
1:38.3 | But for me, the most important benefit is that it allows you to check in with who you are. |
