Hello my friend, this episode is a total break from tradition.

On occasion, I get to do awesome guest interviews on other people's podcasts.

And such was the case a few months ago.

I had the amazing opportunity to be interviewed by Sarah Grace on her podcast, Latter-day Lady Prenuer.

The conversation that we had was awesome.

And I learned so much through her thought-provoking questions.

So instead of creating solo episodes about what we talked about, I asked Sarah for permission to air the episode on my own show.

And she graciously agreed.

Sarah's podcast is one of my favorite podcasts to listen to.

She currently has the best series that she's doing right now called The Heroine's Journey and it is life-changing.

She also happens to be one of my dearest friends and my business coach.

If you like my podcast which marries self-help in the gospel, well then Sarah's podcast is basically the business version.

She brilliantly weaves in gospel principles into business principles and I find her perspective so encouraging.

So Sarah invited me to speak about meditation and business.

Now to be honest, I have never been asked about this before.

Yet it is something that I use in my work every single day.

So I was able to talk about meditation in a whole new way.

So even if you don't have a business, I think there is so much to gain from this conversation as it relates to life purpose and living a life of faith.
