1:55.4 | take a nice long deep in breath to the count of five and a slow out breath again releasing to the count of five. |
2:12.4 | Breathing in together, filling the chest and the lungs. |
2:15.2 | And that slow out breaths you can feel the release of air through the nostrils. Let it go. Let it go. |
2:31.4 | And again, breathing in, filling the chest and the lungs. |
2:34.4 | The slow out breath softening down the length of the body letting go, letting go. |
2:48.0 | And then as the breath resumes in its natural rhythms, just sense that you can observe and feel the breath |
