0:27.9	promising it's very exciting to be here right now so copters yeah there's no cops though anywhere
0:34.3	i haven't seen a single plain-closed police officer in the street,
0:38.2	which is amazing. Yeah, it's like people are just taking over the entire city right now. No cops
0:41.7	anywhere, there's just police helicopters circling ahead. It's very interesting. It's an interesting
0:47.1	dichotomy from Tuesday night. Yeah, they've, they learned their lesson, I think, from
0:51.3	assaulting the populace with tear gas. So in case people don't know yet, on Tuesday morning at around 5 in the morning, the Oakland
0:59.5	PD, about 500 police officers came and raided Occupy Oakland in a surprise raid.
1:04.1	They used tear gas, rubber bullets, arrested about 90-plus people at Snow Park in Franklin
1:09.7	Gawa Plaza after destroying and leveling
1:11.6	the two camps. I went out and got some footage that I'll link to right now in the timeline.
1:15.9	Later on that night, a march in protest of the police raid happened in downtown Oakland.
