And I was just blown away by her warmth and her, just the true nature of her spirit and who she really is and her very pure desire to be a positive

force in the world and a strong woman helping other women and men

navigate this space of feeling better in your in your body and going out and achieving your own incredible things.

She's someone who I very much admire.

and I just am so excited to introduce you though she
