There's one on the square, but it's not sanctioned. Yeah, it's a non-sanction. So this one, it's like 15 minutes tops. I've already taken my trailer and dropped it off, and everything's good to go So what are you cooking this weekend? K-CBS and I'm letting Michael cook steak in the SCA contest. He's cooking for me. He'd beg to do it. So I think I'm going to turn him loose on chicken and KCBS, man. He's itching. So I mean, Wailen are going to supervise and we're going to let him, you know, be the chicken man.

He's going to take your spot because you've got a bunch of plans. What's your plans for the weekend? Well, my mom was coming into town, but my mom's not coming to town any longer, but I'm still keeping my options open. So you're not coming to the contest? I mean, I'm going to come for the award Saturday after.

We're fresh off a trip that we took out to do the Meat Church two days of barbecue classes and Waxahatchee, Texas. And we didn't release a video this week because we were traveling we didn't get back in we took

the class was awesome started out horrible when we left last when we leave Thursday it rained

and rained and we went through traffic we shot the podcast Thursday morning and then we did our work and we rushed harder than we maybe have ever rushed before.
