for only the third time in our history of President of the United States will most surely be impeached

by the House of Representatives.

Donald J. Trump accused of abusing the powers of his office by inviting a foreign government

to intervene in an American election and for obstruction of Congress for doing everything

he could to prevent the House from exercising its constitutional responsibilities of

impeachment. Next, early in 2020, the Senate will convene as a court with the Chief Justice

presiding to rule based on those articles of impeachment on whether Donald Trump should be thrown

out of office. So how would a Senate trial work and how is it decided?

Nobody knows more about the impeachment process than Neil Ketiao,

former acting Solicitor General of the United States under President Obama,

who's argued 39 cases before the Supreme Court

and who's the author of the powerful new book,

Impeach the case against Donald J. Trump.
