1:37.0	How have employers being adapting to this way of working? Well, like Greg, it's been a very hot topic. And I would say a mixture of approaches,

1:55.0	employees who want to work from abroad, often for quite extended periods. But then when they
1:59.7	start to drill down into some of the issues
