This book is written by Mark Manson and it's a very very interesting read.

First of all you can probably tell by the title that this book is filled with

colorful language.

So if your eyes or ears are very sensitive to colorful language

know that coming in and And those of you who

are listening to this show today and are not a big fan of that kind of language, I'm going

to refer to this book as the subtle art of not giving an F. Now even if you are that kind of person

that is sensitive to this kind of language,

I would encourage you to look past that

because there are so many gems in this book.

I would classify this book under brutal self-development.

And there's so many lessons in this book that you can apply to yourself as an entrepreneur

and in your business, and I can't wait to share them with you in today's must read.

This book really takes a close look at what your value system is.

It asks you some really important questions because if you value everything, if you

care about everything, then you don't really care about anything significantly.

Plus it's super exhausting to pay attention and care about every single thing in your life,
