0:41.6	Thank you for your question Barbara.
0:43.0	It's humbling to hear that, to hear that you feel like I have determination or that I show determination
0:47.8	in my work.
0:48.8	I do try my best.
0:50.3	But yeah, I am a very driven person and I think that comes from several things but a few things in particular
0:56.7	I'll be sharing with you in today's episode what drives me and what has kind of instilled that drive in me
1:04.9	That motivation to keep going, that motivation to keep improving.
1:06.2	And I think that anybody can have these things.
1:08.2	I think anybody can really install that into their psyche, into their business attitude.
1:14.0	I don't think I'm special in any way,
1:15.0	and I think there are many people that can adopt the things
1:17.0	that I do with a drive that I have.
