And today's question is from Susan, and Susan asks, how can I scale my

coaching business? Great question Susan. A lot of people that are in coaching, whether

it's business coaching, life coaching, fitness coaching, they have this

question in mind because there's only one of them.

How can they grow their business?

How can they scale?

Because they only have a certain amount of hours of the day where they can actually do the coaching.

So there's a few things you can do to scale. There's a few steps, actually, steps of scaling.

And I'm going to go through them in today's episode. I'm also going to give you a model of a business that I really look up to, a business that I've seen do very well in the coaching industry, and they've scaled tremendously well and they use this system.
